The New Hampshire Sustainable Energy Association (NHSEA) has an immediate opening for an Interim Executive Director (Interim ED) while the NHSEA Board of Directors conducts a search for a permanent Executive Director. NHSEA is a non-profit organization with a mission to promote sustainable and renewable energy that is accessible to all New Hampshire residents through education and sound policies.
The Interim ED position is a 6-month part-time position with the potential for renewal and/or expansion to full-time. The Interim ED will be responsible for the daily operations and management of NHSEA, including advocacy and education on sustainable and renewable energy in New Hampshire, fund raising, member outreach and development, and event planning. The Interim ED may also apply for the permanent position.
The Interim ED position is a 20-hour per week independent contractor position at a 25-week salary of $12,500. NHSEA seeks professional candidates with experience in non-profit management and fund raising, sustainable and renewable energy policy, and excellent organizational, leadership and communication skills.
