This morning, employees, press and members of the public congregated outside of Wire Belt of America to celebrate the company’s ribbon cutting of their new 12,000 square foot expansion. Standing on the steps of the addition, CEO David Greer stated that Wire Belt’s mission is to help keep manufacturing in the state.
“We are very proud of completing this expansion and we are confident that it clearly expresses our commitment to keep and grow manufacturing jobs here in New Hampshire,” said Greer. “Wire Belt is committed to keep the nearly 100 jobs we have right here in Londonderry with the long term goal of creating more jobs through the addition of newly developed products, strategic acquisitions, and increasing our market share by building further trusts through continued exceptional customer service.”
Along with the architects, construction team, and all others involved in bringing the addition to fruition, Greer thanked his family members. “I personally want to thank the members of my family, which make up the majority of our Board of Directors, for their ongoing support of my dream of making Wire Belt the kind of company where people actually enjoy coming to work everyday. So far, so good, but I am confident we can do even better.”
